The winding road that I called “Life”

Sigh….how is life with all my fellow friends?Lately I have been burried with work overtime and it has been draining me spiritually dried I hope the company is paying us OT $$$ and not some lousy extra off days for us…so not worth it!

Besides the horrible work load, the only thing I guess that keeps me a bit sane are my beloved hamsters! It has been a week now since the baby was born. It’s quite exciting to see how it is progressing with its growth. So far it has been good. I also get to learn and know my two other adult hamsters. The mother, Cinnamon is much more human friendly as she does not mind the human contact and nor nibble your hand hard,where as Minty, the other female hamster does. Minty also been labeled by me as the"Fat One" because she is bigger and likes to eat. She would lay on her back, front paws holding a seed or grains and nibble away. When she sits up, she looks like a white fuzzy ball. Fortunately she likes the plastic ball that allows her to be where ever she wants to be around the house. At least she getting some sort of exercise!However Cinnamon is slightly smaller but perhaps due to nursing her baby. Still she loves the wheel and when she is on it, she reminds me of a newly mother trying to keep back in shape. Thus my hamsters are the only thing right now that brings laughters to my soul after a long tired day at work.

sigh…I need to get to bed now..for anyone who cares to know, I have to work over time tomorrow on saturday morning !

Today, April 14 2006, born "Baby Hamster". In case some of you wondering what’s going on, I bought 2 female hamsters(so the guy said) Cinnamon and Minty on April 2,2006. I believe they are females, but I didn’t know one of them was already been "uh,mmm gotten a bit of action" Now I’m also a bit worried with the other hamster which looking pumper than when I bought her..I hope she is just plain fat! So, please anyone who knows anything much on caring young hamsters, do tell me, I welcome any advices or suggestions. Anyone can come up with a name for me will be good too! Though I have no idea what the gender of the baby now, so any names and we will see which when we determine the gender..
