Genius_perceptionI found it very interesting how children view things in their mind. While I was spending some time with some children in the play pen, a little girl came to me with a plastic plate, a foam alphabet and a little cup on top of it. Obviously she is playing restaurant, came up and said, " Teacher, here is a cup cake for you." Adorable but genuis, don’t you think?

Smilling_charmaineChildren are so adorable at times, adorably smart to be precise. They are really like a sponge which able to absorb so much things around themselves. Few days ago, two of my children in my work place displayed such intellectual moments, which is the form of many languages. A two years old lil’girl goes with the name Charmaine, was puzzled with the word I showed her "COME." After the a week of holiday the children had, most of them forgotten what they learnt. However, Charmaine only forgotten the word in English, obviously not the meaning of it as she replied without hesitation "Lai"  in Mandarin!

Another 6 years old boy with a slight cleft lip and slow intellectual development was puzzled with the word, "Not Here" however after a few seconds, he confidently said, "Bo" in Hokien! Indeed these are children with multi-lingual!
